Pizza se sázeným vejcem
SUROVINY
8 eggs
175 mL (0,75 cup) thick pizza sauce, divided
To taste salt and pepper
Pinch basil
Pinch oregano
2 mL (0,5 tsp) butter
4 17 cm (7-inch) pita breads
375 mL (1-0,5 cup) Mozzarella cheese, shredded
1 green pepper, cut into 1cm (0,5 inch) cubes
250 mL (1 cup) fresh mushrooms, sliced
175 mL (0,75 cup) thick pizza sauce, divided

375 mL (1-0,5 cup) Mozzarella cheese, shredded
1 green pepper, cut into 1cm (0,5 inch) cubes

To taste cayenne pepper
In a small bowl, combine eggs, 50 mL (0,25 cup) pizza sauce, salt, pepper, basil and oregano. Beat with a fork until eggs are blended. Melt butter in a 15 cm (6-inch) skillet, over medium-high heat. Pour in 50 mL (0,25 cup) egg mixture. As eggs begin to set, lift edges to allow liquid egg to run under omelet. When set, slip spatula under omelet and slide it out of skillet. Repeat with remaining egg mixture. With a small sharp knife, cut around pita breads and separate halves. Lie flat on work surface. Place on omelet on each pita round. Spread 15 mL (1 tbsp) pizza sauce over each. Sprinkle with cheese. Arrange a few pepper pieces and mushroom slices in a row on each omelet. Sprinkle with cayenne pepper. Fold pita bread over and roll up tightly. Serve immediately or, to melt cheese, cover in plastic wrap and microwave on medium for 20 seconds. Serve hot or cold.
